Welcome to FluxFS. By using our website (fluxfs.com) and the FluxFS application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and our End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. License and App Usage

FluxFS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the FluxFS application on your personal device. Your use of the application is strictly governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA), which details your rights, restrictions, and the approved methods for transferring License Keys between your personal devices.

When you enter a valid License Key into the application, the app collects hardware ID information from your device. This is used solely to verify and validate your license against our servers. You agree to this hardware validation as a condition of accessing upgraded features.

All your files and data remain exclusively on your device. We do not have access to your local data unless you manually consent to share diagnostic information, which includes a snippet of your latest service log, when submitting a bug report.

2. Account Registration and Authentication

To access certain features of the website, you must register for an account. We offer authentication via Google OAuth and email/password. By logging in or registering, you authorize us to collect basic profile information (such as your email and name).

When registering via email and password, we will send verification and account-related emails to your provided address. By creating an account, you agree to receive these emails. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We use essential cookies to maintain your active login session when using the site.

3. Payments and Billing

We offer paid features, licenses, and subscriptions via our website. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store or process your full credit card information on our servers.

By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. All associated fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by applicable law or our explicit refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the FluxFS application or website for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to bypass our licensing verification mechanisms, or transfer, sell, or distribute License Keys to any other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the FluxFS website and application are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. In no event shall the Developer or FluxFS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the site or software.

6. Third-Party Services and Analytics

Our website utilizes Cloudflare for security, content delivery, and analytics. By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree that your website traffic may be routed through Cloudflare's network, and that Cloudflare may collect routing, security, and analytics data in accordance with their privacy policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the website or application after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
